Baked Tofu
A meal prep recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) (or air fryer to 375°F (190°C)).
- Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread tofu evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes (flipping halfway) or air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy
