Baked Tofu



A meal prep recipe

Baked Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1/2 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) (or air fryer to 375°F (190°C)).
  2. Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread tofu evenly on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes (flipping halfway) or air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy
