Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 bananas, ripe, sliced
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • blueberries
  • strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together yogurt, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Slice banana and mix in.
