Blueberry Cottage Cheese Bowl



Get plenty of protein for breakfast and score big with blueberries, nuts and whole grains. This is a super quick breakfast to throw together.

Blueberry Cottage Cheese Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese, low-fat
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • sprinkle ground cinnamon
  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, natural

Instructions

  1. Scoop the cottage cheese into a bowl.
  2. Top with fresh sliced blueberries.
  3. Sprinkle on the walnuts (or almonds).
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Serve with whole grain toast or English muffin on the side, if desired.
