Blueberry Cottage Cheese Bowl
Get plenty of protein for breakfast and score big with blueberries, nuts and whole grains. This is a super quick breakfast to throw together.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese, low-fat
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- sprinkle ground cinnamon
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, natural
Instructions
- Scoop the cottage cheese into a bowl.
- Top with fresh sliced blueberries.
- Sprinkle on the walnuts (or almonds).
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve with whole grain toast or English muffin on the side, if desired.
