Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, crushed
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, eat cold, or warm them up for about 1 minute in the microwave.
  4. Top with 1/2 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt and/or a drizzle of nut butter.
