Blueberry-Walnut Overnight Oats (Fiber & Omega-3 Powerhouse)
When mornings get busy, overnight oats are the perfect grab-and-go brain and heart-boosting breakfast. This blueberry-walnut version is packed with fiber, omega-3s, and antioxidants to support cholesterol balance, cognitive function, and sustained energy throughout the day. Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp walnuts, crushed
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Topping
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
- Stir well and let sit in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, eat cold, or warm them up for about 1 minute in the microwave.
- Top with 1/2 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt and/or a drizzle of nut butter.
