Ingredients
- 3 large tomato
- 6 oz mozzarella, reduced fat, fresh, sliced into medallions
- 1 1/2 cups cooked white beans
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard, optional
- basil, fresh

- salt
- 3 slices whole grain bread, toasted
Instructions
