Chai Spiced Granola
This chai-spiced granola will be your new favorite—warm, fragrant, and just sweet enough. With crunchy walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and chopped dates, it brings the comforting flavors of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom to your breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1 cup Medjool dates, chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the dates in a bowl until coated.
- Spread on a parchment-lined sheet and bake at 325°F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Once cooled, stir in the chopped dates.
- Cool completely and store in a jar.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve over ¾ cup of nonfat Greek yogurt for a cozy, protein-packed breakfast with about 15–17 grams of protein, depending on the brand.
