Chive & Yogurt Ranch Dressing
Bottled dressings are typically not MIND Diet friendly, because they use oils other than olive oil. Making your own dressing is the answer. This ranch is fresh, tangy, and made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon, and garden-fresh herbs. I keep a jar of it in the fridge all week—it’s perfect on chopped salads, grain bowls, or as a dip for crunchy veggies. Plus, it fits right in with the MIND Diet thanks to its brain-healthy ingredients and balanced flavor.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chives

- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, or water, to thin out
Instructions
