Chocolate Protein Granola with Peanut Butter

Chocolate Protein Granola with Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, natural
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Warm wet ingredients slightly and mix until smooth, then stir into dry ingredients.
  4. Spread onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway. Let cool before storing.
