Creamy Dill & Dijon Dressing
This time of year, dill is growing wild all over my garden. That’s what inspired this Creamy Dill & Dijon Dressing: a tangy, herb-packed recipe that makes the most of summer’s freshest flavors. It’s rich and smooth, with a punchy Dijon kick and a bold dill flavor that shines through in every bite. Whether you’re topping salads, grain bowls, or roasted veggies, this dressing adds brightness and depth.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
