Creamy Golden Curry Ranch with Chives

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp water, to thin
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the water.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Chill for 15+ minutes for best flavor.
