Creamy Golden Curry Ranch with Chives

Creamy Golden Curry Ranch with Chives

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp water, to thin

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the water.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Chill for 15+ minutes for best flavor.
