Dilly Spring Herb Vinaigrette
This dressing sings with flavor. Use it on lentil or potato salads, or toss it with leafy greens.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Shake in a jar or whisk until emulsified. Let sit 5 minutes before using for best flavor.
