High-Protein Microwave Oatmeal Bowl with Banana & Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 1 banana, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, natural
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Mix base: In a microwave-safe bowl, mix oats, milk, mashed banana, cinnamon and salt.
- Microwave: Heat for 1½–2 minutes, stir, then microwave another 30–60 seconds until creamy and thick.
- Add peanut butter.
- Top and enjoy: Add flaxseed, walnuts and chocolate chunks
