High-Protein Microwave Oatmeal Bowl with Banana & Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, natural
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Mix base: In a microwave-safe bowl, mix oats, milk, mashed banana, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Microwave: Heat for 1½–2 minutes, stir, then microwave another 30–60 seconds until creamy and thick.
  3. Add peanut butter.
  4. Top and enjoy: Add flaxseed, walnuts and chocolate chunks
