This no-added-sugar instant oatmeal gets all its sweetness from raisins and a heavy dose of cinnamon. Just mix the dry ingredients, store in a jar, and you have grab-and-go brain- healthy breakfasts ready in minutes. The chia and sunflower seeds add extra omega-3s and vitamin E.

No-Sugar Instant Oatmeal That Actually Tastes Sweet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • pinch salt

To serve

  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, natural
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. To prep: Mix ingredients, except milk and peanut butter, in a 2 cup Pyrex container.
  2. ​To serve: Add ¾ cup unsweetened soy milk. Microwave 1½–2 minutes, making sure to watch that it doesn't overflow.
  3. ​Stir.
  4. Let sit 1 minute to thicken.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter and fresh fruit, like blueberries.
