Smoky Pinto Bean & Veggie Salad Bowl

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked pinto beans
- 1 1/2 cups farro, cooked
- cherry tomatoes, chopped
- cucumber, chopped
- radishes, chopped
- spinach, chopped
- avocado, sliced
- cilantro
- olives
Smoky Lime Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp honey, optional
Instructions
- Whisk together the smoky lime vinaigrette.
- Warm up the beans.
