Cardamom Yogurt with Toasted Walnuts and Dates

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
- 3 chopped Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- pinch ground cinnamon
- drizzle honey
Instructions
- Stir cardamom and cinnamon into the yogurt. Top with chopped dates and toasted walnuts. Drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve chilled.
