Tajin-Accented Tilapia with Lemon

Ingredients
- 5 fillets tilapia, thawed and patted dry
- 1/2 tsp Tajin seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 lemon, half juiced and half sliced into thin rounds
- parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat fish dry.
- Sprinkle fillets with a light dusting of Tajin and a touch of garlic powder.
- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish and sear 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Flip fillets, add remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil and lemon slices to the pan. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon's juice over the top. Cook 3-4 minutes more, until fish flakes easily.
- Plate the fish topped with caramelized lemon slices and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
